Online Return Policies
Our holiday return policy is now in effect. If your return meets the eligibility criteria of our usual policy, you now have until January 31, 2021 for all returns.
Can I return my item?
If your item was purchased at full price, and is in new condition with tags still attached, then absolutely yes! Simply contact us via the return request form here to initiate the return.
Take your time deciding - you have 30 days to get your return back to us now! Once we receive your return and determine it meets our conditions, we will issue your store credit which will be emailed to you within 7 days of us receiving the item to be returned.
TIP: We recommend you mail your package back 'Signature Required' as we cannot be responsible for potential theft or lost packages.
FKH does not refund the initial shipping cost, and we are not responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for any duty or import fees incurred at the border.
Pricing adjustments must be purchased and brought to our attention within 24 hours of a sale. We will honour the discount in the form of store credit on items, styles and sizes that are part of the current promotion.
