FKH Return Policy

In Store

All sale, discounted items, or items purchased with a promotional discount are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 

All sales or promotional discounts are Online Only unless otherwise stated.

Regular priced boutique items:

  • Must be returned to the store within 10 days - We have limited inventory, and our turnover rate is high. Having an item off the floor for more then 10 days takes away our chance to sell the item to someone who would have loved it.
  • We return for exchange or store credit only, no monetary refunds - Yesterday’s sales immediately go towards providing our customers with a large selection of new arrivals to choose from.
  • Item must be in unused condition, with tags attached, accompanied by original receipt - this is to ensure the item meets hygienic standard and was purchased from our boutique.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.
  • All accessories, layaways, and items purchased on sale or with a promotional code are final sale.
  • Pricing adjustments must be purchased and brought to our attention within 24 hours of a sale. We will honour the discount in the form of store credit on items styles and sizes that are part of the current promotion.



Our regular policies apply with these exceptions:

  • We must receive the item back in store within 10 business days from the date you received your order. Returns received after this date will not be honoured.
  • Paybright orders must be returned back in store within 5 business days. Returns received after this date will not be honoured.
  • We do not refund or credit the initial shipping cost.
  • All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • Once orders are placed on our site, they go into processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • International customers are responsible for any duty incurred at the border.


Returns (if applicable)

  • To initiate a return, please complete our return request form to receive an authorization code. Any returns sent without an authorization code will not be accepted. Items MUST be mailed ’Signature Required’, or we are not responsible for potential theft of items.
  • Reminder - any items purchased with promotional discount or 'on sale' are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether it has been approved or rejected for return.
  • Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt. We do not automatically send tracking for exchanges but you can email to request it. 


Shipping Your Return

  • You must include the Return Authorization Code that you have received from us, as well as the order number. 
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
