For regular priced boutique items, you have 10 days from purchase for exchange or store credit. We do not give monetary refunds. Item must be in unaltered condition, accompanied by original receipt, with tags attached. Any intimates, bathing suits, accessories or items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are final sale. Layaways are final sale.
For regular priced boutique items, we must receive them back in store within 10 business days of the customer receiving their package. Our strict deadlines are due to the fact that we have limited inventory and our products sell out quickly. The items can be returned for exchange or store credit, not including the initial shipping cost. We do not give monetary refunds. Once orders are placed on our site, they go into processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
International customers are responsible for any duty incurred at the border.
Pricing adjustments will be honoured in the form of store credit within 24 hours of a sale.
Returns (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt.
We do not automatically send track for exchanges but you can email to request it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping
service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
