Holiday Return Policy

In Store

Regular priced boutique items:

  • Must be returned by January 7, 2020
  • We return for exchange or store credit only, no monetary refunds
  • Item must be in unused condition, with tags attached (not defaced in any way), and accompanied by original receipt - this is to ensure the item meets hygienic standard and was purchased from our boutique.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear.
  • All accessories, layaways, and items purchased on sale are final sale.

 

Online

Our regular policies apply with these exceptions:

  • Item must be in the mail by January 7th, 2020 with a tracking number emailed to fkhboutique@hotmail.com or it will be sent back.
  • We must receive the item back in store by January 14th, 2020. Returns received after this date will not be honoured.
  • We do not refund or credit the initial shipping cost.
  • All return and exchange shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
  • Once orders are placed on our site, they go into processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • International customers are responsible for any duty incurred at the border.

 

Returns (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and whether it has been approved or rejected for return.
  • Exchanges are processed within 7 business days of receipt. We do not automatically send track for exchanges but you can email to request it. 
  • If you need to return or exchange please send us an email at fkhboutique@hotmail.com and with our approval, send your item to: 314 5th St, Courtenay, British Columbia, CA V9N 1K1. Items MUST be mailed ’Signature Required’, or we are not responsible for potential theft of items. 

 

Shipping

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: 314 5th St Courtenay, British Columbia, CA V9N 1K1. Items MUST be mailed ’Signature Required’, or we are not responsible for potential theft of items.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
